Bats in the Church Attic

Bats in the church attic

Three Pastors in the south were having lunch in a diner. One of them said, "You know, since summer started I've been having trouble with them flying bats in my loft and attic at church. I've tried everything, but nothing seems to scare them off."

Another pastor said, "Yes, me too. I've got hundreds living in my belfry and in the narthex attic. I've even had the place fumigated, and they won't go away!"

The third pastor said, "I baptized all mine, made them members of the church, and I haven't seen a single one back since!"

What about squirrels? Squirrels in a pastor’s attic are a totally different adventure.

Ouch!!!
What i have found is the "death phrase" is when someone comes to you and says....
"I want to commit to your church"....
The ones that truly stay are the ones who quietly work behind the scenes. Being and doing for Jesus....
God bless all the broke toys....

We once had bats in the ceiling of our Apartment in Tuscaloosa. Like to never have gotten rid of them.

Some people have bats in their belfry.

Some just like to read Batman comics.

I love the new Batman movie.
There's only 1 bat in my belfry. I hear bells.
